Written Cancellation Policy
Initial deposit and processing fee will be forfeited for lodging reservations cancelled 10 days or less after booking. Lodging reservations cancelled after the 15% deposit, but before final payment, will also be assessed a $50 per adult, per lodging component cancel fee for winter reservations ($25 per adult, per lodging component cancel fee for summer reservations). Activity only reservations will be assessed a $50 flat fee if cancelled 10 days or more after booking. Once your reservation is paid in full it is nonrefundable. Processing fee, air, and travel insurance are paid in full at time of booking and therefore nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
For winter and summer reservations, payment for air, travel insurance, and processing fee is due at time of booking. For summer reservations, payment for activities is also due in full at the time of booking. WINTER: Reservations including lodging: $50 per lodging unit plus processing fee is due at the time of booking; 15% is due 10 days after booking; final payment due 35 days prior to arrival. All other reservations: 15% will be due 10 days after booking, final payment due 35 days prior to arrival. SUMMER: Reservations including lodging: $25 per lodging unit plus processing fee is due at the time of booking; 15% of lodging total is due 10 days after booking; final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. All other reservations: Payment due in full at the time of booking.
